Each enterprise account will have an admin account who will have complete control over all projects and users. The unlimited voice over generation time and all the features would be accessible to the team. All projects are visible to the admin account by default and read/edit access on projects by other users can be set by the admin.

The admin account holder can add or remove users under My Account section. Team members will not be able to invite or remove other team members.

If you are an admin user, go to My Account, then enter the email address of the user to be added in the relevant section and an invitation would be sent to them via Email. The users would need to accept the invitation to access the Enterprise Plan.

The admin account holder can remove a team member unilaterally. However, when a team member leaves, the admin will retain access to their projects. These can also be later shared with other team members for future editing.

Multiple users can access the same project at the same time, changes would get updated automatically. However, only one user can edit the project at a time and others can view the changes. If you have “Edit” access to the project folder and another user is currently editing a particular project, you can take control to start editing.

Team members have the choice to accept or reject an invite in order to be a part of a team plan. If they accept, they can view or edit any projects that they have access to. They can also create new projects in the home directory or in a folder that they have “Edit” access to. By default, the admin will have access to all projects created by team members.

That's possible too. Projects in the home directory of the admin account will be by default accessible to all team members. Projects in folders will only be accessible to team members based on the specific folder level access specified by the admin.

To add company details to your invoice, follow these quick steps:
1. Go to My Account, then click on the Manage Billing button on the left side
2. On the Manage Billing page, under the section "Billing Information" on the right side, click on Update Billing Information
3. Add your company address, tax registration number and any other information you would like to include in your invoice
4. Save your changes, then go back to the My Account page
5. Now, when you click on Payment Receipts and download the Receipt PDF, you should see the details you added in the downloaded receipt
