• When you post your creations, don’t forget to tag Murf AI on LinkedIn! Entries on any other platform don’t qualify.

Terms & Conditions

MURF DUB GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(“GIVEAWAY TERMS”)

• Promoter
  
  
  a. The Murf Dub Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized and promoted by Murf Inc., 341 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 (“Murf”).
  
  b. The Giveaway is being promoted to celebrate Murf attaining 100,000 followers on LinkedIn and to promote Murf’s AI Dubbing (self-serve) product (“Murf Dub”).
• Duration
  
  
  The Giveaway begins on December 12, 2024, 10AM Eastern Time and ends on December 26, 2024, 11.59PM Eastern Time. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
• Eligibility
  
  
  The Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above. Murf employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (together, “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is not open to any individual in a jurisdiction where the Giveaway or the individual entering the Giveaway would be prohibited by law.
• Entry, Rules and Rewards
  
  a. Participants without an existing Murf Dub account will need to create a Murf Dub account to receive the Giveaway.
  b. Participants are required to like Murf’s celebratory post on LinkedIn that announces the Giveaway, comment ‘Murf Dub’.
  c. Murf will respond to each participant’s comment and request their Murf registered emails.
  d. 1000 participants will receive 100 free minutes of Murf’s AI Dubbing service to create their desired content and Murf will further request participants to post their best creations on LinkedIn.
  e. 5 participants with the best Murf Dub original creations will receive an additional 1000 free minutes each.
  f. The top 5 winners of the Giveaway will be announced on December 30, 2024.
• Agreement to Giveaway Terms
  
  
  a. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Giveaway Terms along with Murf’s existing Terms of Service (specifically the Product Specific Terms) and Privacy Policy. Participants also represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements and that this Giveaway is not prohibited in their jurisdiction.
  
  b. No entry fee is charged by Murf to participate in the Giveaway.
  The participants selected to proceed in the Giveaway at all stages are selected at Murf’s sole discretion. Murf’s decisions regarding all matters associated with the Giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  c. Murf will not be responsible for inaccurate reward details connected with the Giveaway supplied to participants by any third party.
• Privacy
  
  
  Participants' personal information will be collected by Murf to use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the participant electronically. Murf handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please see Murf’s Privacy Policy for further details. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Murf at legal@murf.ai. If participants do not provide their personal information as requested, they may be unable to enter or claim their reward in the Giveaway.
• Rights granted by Participants
  
  
  Participants understand and consent to Murf and anyone approved by Murf having the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, their entry, first name, and statements about the Giveaway, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, approval, or consent.
• Ownership and IP Rights
  
  
  Participants further represent and warrant that their entries for this Giveaway are an original work by them and it does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If their entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, they will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Murf. If the content of their entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, they shall, at their sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.
• Indemnity and Liability
  
  
  a. Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless Murf from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Murf incurs, suffers, or is required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
  
  b. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Murf and its Employees shall not be liable under or in connection with these Giveaway Terms, the Giveaway or any reward for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant that occurs from:
  
  1. Their participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
  2. Any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;
  3. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;
  4. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; and
  5. Any electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
• Murf Rights
  
  If for any reason any aspect of the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Murf, then Murf may, in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a reward without prior notice. Failure by the Murf to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
