Data Protection Milestone: Murf Earns the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Certification

We are excited to announce that Murf has obtained certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework!

This is a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to safeguarding personal information, protecting the privacy of our customers, and complying with data protection laws wherever we operate. What is the Data Privacy Framework (DPF)?

DPF is a comprehensive program to facilitate transatlantic commerce by providing U.S. organizations such as ours with reliable mechanisms for personal data transfers from the European Union/ European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland that are consistent with EU, UK, and Swiss law.

What Does This Mean for Murf and Our Partners?

DPF participation enables Murf to serve you seamlessly by relying on our terms and DPF-compliant privacy policy. This takes away the need to put in place additional documentation like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to work with you or your organization’s personal data.
