The encodedAsBase64 parameter is available for the Synthesize Speech endpoint that can be used to receive the audio file in Base64 encoded format when object-storage persistence is not required. Murf’s operations align with GDPR, CCPA and other major data protection regimes.

Does Murf keep our generated audio?

By default, a pre-signed URL remains available for 24 h. Enterprise customers can instead request Base-64 inline audio, so nothing is ever stored.

How high can Enterprise concurrency go?

Up to 2000 parallel requests per contract.

Will Murf ever use our content to train its models?

No. The Enterprise covenant explicitly forbids using customer data for model training or human review.

Which certifications can we show auditors?

SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certificate and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework registration are available under NDA.
