Add Murf Voices to Captivate - in six steps

Here’s how you can use Murf voices on Captivate:

    Install Murf Windows Installer and login to your Murf account

    Choose voices from a range of languages to install

    Open Adobe Captivate and create/select project

    Select Audio on the right-hand side panel and click on Import Audio. Next, select Generate Text-to-Speech option in the dropdown

    Add a caption to the slide and select the installed Murf voice

    Click on Generate Audio and then click on Play to preview

How can I view the Murf Voices on Adobe Captivate?
In your Adobe Captivate application, once you have created a new project, select ‘’Audio Option” and “Speech Management” to view all the Murf voices that you have installed using the Murf Windows app.
Will my Murf voice selections be saved in Adobe Captivate for future projects?
Yes. Your Murf voices will always be available to use on Adobe Captivate once they have been installed through the Murf Voices Installer.
Is it possible to edit Murf voice narrations directly in Adobe Captivate?
No. You will need to download the newly edited voices first on the Murf Voices Installer. Any detailing of the voice (like changing the pitch, the speed or tonality) will have to be done through the Murf Voices Installer only. Once done, you will need to restart Captivate to use this voice.
