Unable to download after buying a plan

There are two primary reasons why this may happen: utilizing a Pro voice with a Basic plan and the plan has not yet been reflected in your account.

Using a Pro voice with a Basic plan

Murf voices are split into two categories: 

  • Basic voices 
  • Pro voices

Basic voices

Voices without the "pro" tag next to their name are considered Basic and can be accessed with both a Basic and Pro plan.

The languages available in the Basic Plan are: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, and Tamil.

Pro voices

Voices with the "pro" tag next to their name are considered as Pro voices and can only be accessed with a Pro plan.

With a Pro plan, you can access all 120+ Basic and Pro voices available in Murf Studio.

Plan not updated

If you recently purchased a plan and are unable to download a voice available in your plan, don't fret! It could simply be a case of your plan information not being updated yet.

Give it a moment or try refreshing the page, and soon enough your plan should be reflected in your account.
