Basic Information

Workspace name : Use the Workspace name to indicate Name of your organization, Team or a specific vertical you/your team members are a part of.

Workspace display picture : Square images under 5 MB works best.

Subscription

You will see the details of your Current Plan. Here's a list of the details

You can also Add Seats, Upgrade Plan or initiate Cancellation from here.

Billing & Payments

Add, Remove or change Billing details like Card Number, Billing address.

Invoices

You can find the list of all the invoices. Contact support@murf.ai if you need have questions or concerns.

User Management

With User Management, you can manager the number of Admin, Editor and Viewer seats on your Workspace.

You can add up to 3 Admin+Editor+Viewer seats on a Free Plan
You can add up to 10 Admin+Editor seats & Unlimited Viewer seats on Basic/Pro Plan
You can add up to 25 Admin+Editor seats& Unlimited Viewer seats on Enterprise Plan. You can contact support@murf.ai or enterprise@murf.ai if you require more than 25 seats.

Manage User Permissions

Invite New Users

Click on +Invite Teammates to get started
Type in the Email ids of the users you'd like to add to your workspace
Select a role from the drop-down on the right
Click on Invite to send emails to the users.

Change Permissions of Existing Users

You can also manage permissions of existing users from User Management screen.

Select any User role
Change the role of the user using the drop-down.
Deleting a user : Click on 3 dots > Click on Remove User > Click on Yes, Remove User.

Editor seats are priced as per the plan of your choice. If you run out of Editor seats, you will have to purchase editor seats to add more editors. Viewer seats are free of cost.
